Our History
Brabus Group was formed in 2014 for predominantly Engineering and Construction Services to Major Contractors and Clients. Current Shareholder and Director, Mr Lance Pillay, has over 20 year’s experience in managing major complex infrastructure projects, predominantly for Transnet and ACSA .
Mr Lance Pillay is a Professional Certificated Structural Technician. Prior to this venture Mr Pillay has worked for other Design and Fabrication / Construction Companies from 2010 on major projects in Transnet Pier No 2 , Pier No 1 ;Transnet Agri port Bulk Warehouse and Conveyor Materials Handling Plant; Relocations or various port equipment’s; Rigging and assembly of port mechanicals and has managed Fabrication Workshops
We currently have on average 8 Management / Professional / Supervisory staff members; and on average 50-60 Site Construction Team
members (Safety Officers, Boilermakers, Welders, Semi-skilled and General Labourers).
We have capability in-house and via associates for specialist Designs and Modelling in all Engineering Disciplines (TEKLA; DEM;
AUTOCAD; INVENTOR) and In-house Project Management Software (Primavera P6 – Planning, Contracts Manager.
Our strength is our multi-disciplinary Engineering and Construction tea, supported by experienced Project Managers.
